We will turn your great managers into exceptional leaders.
We incorporate, through experiential exercises, learning’s and deeper understanding of the difference between managing and leading people. The importance of exceptional coaching and feedback is developed throughout the program. A personal key learning’s and action plan is created over the course of the program. A development plan is built from feedback provided to each of the attendees, following the exercises.
